I had given my bicycle for service here. My brakes were in excellent condition when i had given for service. But when i got it back they were in a very bad condition.
I told the owner he said to come back in a day.
I had gone next day they changed my brake pads, i had gone for test ride but it didn't work.
I told the worker it is not working he just told me that it is like this only like i am a fool and I don't know that it was his fault. He must have put oil in my brakes.
Then i came back home, after few hours owner called me and said that i had run without paying. Its not true i had gone back after taking test drive and told the worker. He didn't ask for money.
They hadn't told me about the cost that i am liable to pay ,i already paid the service cost. They destroyed my brakes they should do it on their own cost as it is their worker fault. And they were asking for money without even repairing it.
They were blaming me that it has worn out. But its not true. It was working before i gave them for servicing.
I should never had given the cycle to them for servicing. It was a big mistake.
I love my bicycle and they destroyed its brake.
