★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gem of a person...Mr Anish Chawla...very polite and very helpful...we had visited their store to purchase an electric scooty for my wife...and he helped overcome the fear of driving of hers by providing a second hand scooty for a while...and that really helped ..we finally bought flashe5 for her all thanks to Chawla ji...thumbs up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This showroom owner behavior is very rude and he unprofessional and his work like peculator. I have booked Optima scooty and pay in Advance Rs10000 thru Card swap machine, I wanted to take scooty on finance but some reason loan was not approve. Loan was not approved So I Requested to return my advance return amount , I was surprised to hear his answer.he told me that I will mail to the accountant, I will check. I will take time, I will till evening. When I can tell you Payments have come or not.
After that some argument he was ready to give back the money. when I am again visit is shop for refund amount , they pay me by check after some amount deaction .
I request them again that pay my full amount and pay by cash or direct My account, but it refuse my request and He misbehaved with me.
His very cheep person my experience is very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imperial Cycle Company (Hero Electric) showroom is one of the best showroom in delhi among the showrooms which I visited. Mostly all the models of Hero Electric are readily available. Mr Anish Chawla is gem of a person. He is a true gentlemen, very polite, explained the features of Hero Optima HX in detailed and closed the transparent deal. For him customer is important. Thank you Mr Anish for your service. I am a satisfied customer and will surely refer my friends and Family to your showroom. Once again appreciate your customer service before, during, and after a purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought hero electric optima scooty from here. Very dissatisfied with the owner's service and response. We were having battery issues since first 3 months, and whenever we sent for service, he said it's okey, despite telling him repeatedly that we were facing issues. And within 15 months of buying, 3 out of our 4 batteries have become totally unusable, and we are forced to pay 12k for replacement as warranty is expired now. Had the dealer listened to us empathetically before and tried to help us, this wouldn't have happened. Effectively this costed us more expenseive than a petrol scooter. We have been owners of hero electric since 12 years. And this was one of the worst experiences for us, with the scooty quality also and the dealer.
