The guard at the entry was polite and humble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for ALL electronic needs. One can find primary level of product to high end products of all major brands. Situated at Karol Bagh. Accept all credit and debit cards. One can get good deal if good at bargaining. They usually ships display pieces first hence make sure to get the product dispatched before you leave the shop.

Being liar, manipulative and greedy is a major aspect of salesperson's personality. These salespersons will go down to any extent to sell a trash product. They don't value customer's trust and their hard earned money. They follow a greedy approach by convincing you to buy a less selling and low quality product for which more commission has been provided by the brand.
I went to buy HP 15 - BS662TU 15.6-inch FHD Laptop but a staff cunningly convinced me to buy Lenovo Ideapad 330-15IGM 81D1 15.6-inch Laptop. The lenovo laptop didn't run smoothly even for 6 months. It is very slow, its boot up time is around 10 minutes(imagine booking a train ticket or a hospital appointment) . Even light tasks such as using chrome or playing videos is a burdening task. After 2 years the laptop is completely unusable. It drained my Rs 35,000.
I repeat don't listen to greedy salesmen no matter how sweetly they talk. Familiarise yourself throughly about the specifications of the product you are going to buy and stay firm to your own decision. You should even go to a different showroom to be on a safer side.
PS- Do NOT buy LENOVO laptop, there are two trusted brands for low and mid range laptops: DELL and HP, blindly go for them in case of confusion, do not take risk and try lenovo laptop. One day(within 6 months) your lenovo laptop will hang just before joining an important meeting or attempting an exam or while making a payment and you'll remember this review.

SARGAM ELECTRONICS Karol Bagh gave the extended warranty from their own sister concern DG CARE. when there is time to use the extended warranty from the DG CARE . They only told to call this no. . manager told to call the other no. technician told me call the other number
only they calling each other working is only on papers work
the SARGAM ELECTRONICS SPECIALY THE KAROL BAGH branch are the thief never buy the extended warranty from them .
Their DG CARE PRIZAM GUPTA is the main person. Only making the persons fool of them

At the time of sales they assure you that they will help you if any problem occurs.. but at the time of the issue they simply say please talk to the brand. Unprofessional staff. They misguide you and the staff lied at the time of sales.
