The ambience boasts of a bright colors and bright lighting.The theme is very upbeat and live and surely one of the finest places to dine-in in West Delhi.The theme of the outlet is very modern.The restaurant has planned in such a way that it can accomodate a lot of guests in a single row.The food is throughly delicious and the restaurant is flocked by good food fanatics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A casual dining restaurant serving North Indian and Chinese cuisine. The ambience and seating arrangement are basic but food at one point in time used to be quite good but now the preparations as well as quality seems to have gone down considerably.
Their Butter Chicken with garlic naan is a nice combination provided they give fresh chicken. Their Keema Mutton too is quite good but Grilled Chicken wasnt quite upto mark as the grilling wasnt factored for appropriate timing.
All in all i was quite disappointed as Sandoz is supposed to be a renouned chain & such service isn't acceptable in a customer experience based market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is third class resturant. The counter boy does have the atticates to deal with the customer. They ignore the customer what they are saying & the whole staff delays the orders of the customer.
It do not have the system to deal with the people. I want to give them only 0.01 star out of 10

Complaint: INCOMPLETE order delivered and IRRESPONSIVE and RUDE customer service when outlet was contacted.
Our order contained a Chinese item and two tandoori items. We had paid extra for onions and they were NOT DELIVERED. Moreover, the chutneys and spices generally available with those items were MISSING. The food was COLD as well, despite being delivered to such a close location.
On complaining, the outlet was irresponsive and the staff was rude. Our call was cut and subsequent calls were not picked up. Is this how you treat your orders when the customers are not there in person to supervise it? We had dined in before and had expected the same satisfaction on an online order. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ok. Hygiene is an issue. Waiters not trained well. Handling the table cleaning and good services without washing hands. Food was also satisfactorily ok. Typical Gravy of Delhi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not try their mutton curry .. they served under cooked mutton curry. And the best part they even charge for their wet tissues and mouth freshner, if you ask for extra. My advice in this same price we have lot more better restaurent to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Butter Chicken and Handi Chicken when you're having it with their Fluffy and delicious Butter Naan ? And the restaurant is too crowded on peak time 8 pm - 11 pm so plan accordingly. Approx waiting time will be 15min. Good Ambience with fresh and tasty food.
I'll definitely recommend this for any South Indians and localities as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place. Very healthy ambience. Food was very delicious specially beverages. Quantity was also good. Both dine in and take away services are available. One must try this place for dating, birthday celebrations, kitty party etc.
Their special dishes are worth trying

One of the best restaurant in Karol Bagh for non veg lovers. I had visited 4-5 times love the taste and atmosphere. Kadhai chicken is my favourite ??
