★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the middle of the market and so everything is close by. Be it grocery or hardware or clothes. Although built in a congested way, this place is far better than the small builder societies close by. If you are planning to live in Nagavarapalya then either go for this or may flower garden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living here for past 4 years, located at very suitable place from metro station, KR Puram railway station and Outer Ring Road. Market with all daily requirement is outside the building with Gopalan mall, cinema with more megastore all at walking distance. Old Madras road is at walking distance of 5 min and well connected by public transport. Society is decent with basic amenities, security guards, CCTV, children play area, parking, good water supply both Cauvery water and bore well water supply, have not seen water issues ever since living here. Rain water harvesting in the building with no water logging in and around building during rain which is serious issue in many areas in bangalore. All positives for this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a decent apartment which is closer to shopping malls, cinema halls and pharmacies. Deepicas residency has power backup in common areas. Security system is good with appropriate CCTVs installation. Play area is there for children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst locations in terms of stay, surrounding area is full of noise and yes off-course noisy Tenants! Irresponsible Association Management which does not provide resolution to any issues.
frequent water shortage issue, no proper planning or intimation on water outage! Better to look out for better establishment.
