β β β β β Waste of time. Staff is bit untrained on handling Customer. Owner doesn't seem to be interested in doing business. Can't arrange a product for me, which was available in their catalogue. Never even tried to ask for time to arrange it. Fortunately I got the product at cheaper price at nearby store.

β β β β β Very bad experience! Purchased Refrigerator from this shop. Door is in damaged condition. They promised for replacement of the door. It is more than 15 days since the purchase,not received any response from them yet.
Will not recommend this shop to anyone.

They sale fake products and when it's damaged they refuse to provide service. Don't buy any appliances for this shop. They will fool you and you will regret buying from this shop.

β β β β β The store has all great products even they consider giving customer proper branded items so customer shall not face issues regarding service.
This all sounds good and we all want this as a customer.
I'm only upset due to the pricing on the components is next level in this store. Not possibility someone can open store for loss. But fairly doing the business will help each one of us and surely they'll get enough customers. But today everyone want big margins on their products.
Some owners won't even admit that. ?

β β β β β Good shop, Service is also good. I bought refrigerator recently but didn't like the feel of it after taking it to my home, then I asked them for upgrade, to purchase higher variant. They respected the request and did the needful. But the only flaw is their delivery people, that guy actually wanted a higher tip, I gave them some amount happily but he was expecting me to give 100 rs a floor. What if I would have my home at 10th floor?
