Please do not expect any after sale service...they just don't bother. Better to visit other stores in the vicinity and get a superior quality and service for the hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Once the purchase is done, they don’t care about the customer anymore.Their overall approach is self centered and customer is the least important person once the payment is made.
Despite suggesting the preferred time of delivery, their delivery person came late at night, asked for transportation charges which were already included in the primary purchase. For the installation ( included in primary purchase) we have to call numerous times and are running post to pillar.Nobody is answering the phone calls and messages.
A very unprofessional set-up. Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shop ever. We got a new Whirlpool double door refrigerator, the cost was less compared to other shops but when we got the delivery at our place, after a long wait, we got a damaged piece and no company people ever arrived for installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, bought an AC, they promised to install in a day, now it's been 3 days still no installation, and worst thing is customer service, owner is saying installer will come in 15 minutes since yesterday, horrible experience. Better buy from branded store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm having one of the worst experience with fairdeal, as it's continuosly postponing my order even if I've paid the payment. And they're like we'll deliver Today sir and then I have to call them like 4 times a day but still they'll come up with some other reason to postpone it. It's getting very hot in nagpur and I just wanted to have a AC in my room but Fairdeal arcade seems to be working more on making money that caring about their customers.
If I'd have to suggest fairdeal Manish nagar outlet to someone I'd definitely not suggest or talk good about fairdeal arcade, manish nagar, Nagpur. I'll still have to wait for tomorrow to get my AC even if they said we'll do it today :(. How sad to see that humanity is getting over and lost over money. #fairdealarcade
Boys and girls, Please if you really respect your parents and you don't want them to go through everything I went through from calling them continually and visit shop daily Do Not buy anything from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good discounts and good staff. I am giving then one star due to my bad experience caused by some staff's carelessness while processing my cards payment.
We bought a cooler at good price and delivery was also fast. I asked the person to charge my credit card for particular amount as it was under my credit limit and reminder on my debit card. Staff charged both amounts on my credit card. Now I have to pay penalty of 500 for exceeding credit limit.
I spoke to bank and bank told me to contact merchant and tell them to revert to refund that charge. Staff here is not aware of such issues and said they will get back to me on Monday. If charge gets settled in have to pay 500 extra and fairdeal is not willing to take care of that amount. Hope that understand and resolve my issue by Monday. If does I may change my rating.
So be careful when your card is getting processed as this type of issues or inconvenience may happen to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Neo whirlpool 258 ltrs sapphire mangolia fridge on 060422 and they send opened and display piece fridge on 080422 without bill. After compalinng they accepted replacement with other model. On 130422 they delivered 110721 manufactured piece as a new piece without bill. Same issue escilate to them. The person said we will not able replace, drop a case in consumer court.
Very Worst experience after payment they send old stock.
