★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We travelled from Madanapalli to Hyderabad on 3rd Nov. Booked non a/c sleeper. The beds were not clean. Some one else was lying on our seats. For 1000 rupees, they didn't even give bedsheet. For dinner, they stopped at an open point - not even a hotel was available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff, owner and their behaviour especially Chitvel to Hyd bus. If the owner itself is rude then automatically staff too.
After I tried to let the owner know the passengers' experience rather than correcting their skills and behavior, he tried and trying to threaten through such people.
Can't manage passengers properly.
Leave respect to the customers but show disrespect.
Spoken to owner as well and himself is a rude and ridiculous.
RTO has to be very strict.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever if you book a ticket to your destination they force you to change the bus in mid way and the interchange bus will be running like a local bus which stops in every village in between and they allow every drunkard into the bus it's not safe for single lady travellers. I travelled from Hyderabad to ontimitta and ontimitta to Hyderabad and they don't have his tracking and they don't give give you a water bottle even after paying 1k for the ticket. Not at all suggested and worst service.
