★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor bus travel agency. I booked a ticket through online, but bus traveler denied to board, he demand money for travel however i booked tickets thr online. Also his passenger chart it show my name. I have to pay full amount again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is any negative ratings, i would have opted to that. Giving one star rating is also such a waste to the service. Without any prior notice they cancelled our bus just hours before our travel and without our consent they chaged us to different bus with early timings which lead us to reach our destination mid night 1AM(especially ladies dont book coz they will leave you at midnight). And coming to bus travel, it was a nightmare i never ever felt this sick in any of my journey. We were counting every minute to reach our destination to get down and breath fine. Actually we booked after looking bus with little less passengers during this pandemic but they clubbed two destination passengers and made it full packed. Felt little betrayed.
