★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst bus to travel They changed my lagguge bags in to other bus with out intimating me.Finally I got my lagguge after 3hrs of completion of my journey in a very pathetic condition. Pls avoid it if you want a peaceful journey

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CGR travels is one of best trusted service providers. You will reach destination very safely. But they need to change their old buses because there no proper maintenance. I like new buses of CGR travels because they are very comfortable on seating.

On time pick up and drop.
Sleeper facilities are good.
Clean and Well maintained.
Comfort level is ok.
Staff are helpful.
Rest stops hygiene is good.
Helpline support is available along with GPS navigation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver and staff behaviour is not good towards passengers,very harsh & rude.
They don't no passenger drop points,it's their responsibility to drop the passenger at selected drop point or intimate the passenger,mentioned in the ticket.
They are feeling like amount paid to CGR but not to driver & staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst travel experience ever, i was travelling with my parents in CGR travels, suddenly a big sound came from bus in mid night, eveyone thought like it is a accident, but there is a big damage to back tyres, when we looked at the tyre, it is completely torn and still the travel agency was using very old tyres, I believe even lorry owners wont use such type of tyres for goods carriage, Already the bus was late by 2hrs at departure, again it took some hours to repair it, Some how the bus was moved, again same issue till we reached our destination, My parents feel like dieing during the entire journey after the incident, it is very shame from such Big CGR travel agency for not maintaining the buses properly, though the ticket fares are very high when compared to fellow Travel agencies,Please dont play with passenger life's.
