★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hai I'm using gcnbrodband in Kadapa I'm very satisfied to use this net work. I am doing my office work from home no buffering. fluctuations also not there. we r using 5 member in my home 20mbps. speed also good. In my family very satisfying.Thank u Gcn broadband.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider ever. I'm from Reddy colony, kadapa. Every day there will be some issue with the internet like slowness, sudden disconnection. They will answer our calls but they don't solve the issue. Don't go for this if you are working from home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I have seen so far. I have taken 6 months plan with 50Mbps speed, and amount also I paid at the time of connection. But I am getting speed in Kbps. Multiple times I have raised this concern with Customer care and the response is utterly bad. Customer care team does not have any clue or they don't care of how the process is. In fact I have visited the office directly in Kadapa, irresponsible staff and they feel like it's customer's duty to run behind them to fix the issue. I finally requested them to repay my amount and for that also they keep postponing or convincing me to continue. I am NOT happy with this guys and don't want to continue.
Overall I suggest NOT TO TAKE the connection from GCN Broadband.
