1. With out stock they raised bill on my name and money deducted and they said with in one hour we will deliver to your adress after one hour receptionist called me and said there is a damaged piece in godown so please wait for 5 days new stock will come and we will replace you in 5 days i waited for 15 days after 15 days i went to jutur digitals and i asked for my washing machine they gave some irrelevant answers fainaly i got my washing machine for next two days after deliverying the washing machine its been three days they wont send any instalation people and
2. they said additional two years warranty charges is 1500/- but fainally they deducted 4096/- rs from my account
this is not fair from jutur digitals

I urge all customers to be alert when purchasing something from this shop. We spend so many thousands of Rupees on a fridge, TV or Washing machine, and this is definitely not the shop to go to.
Today, we went to buy the LG fridge. We first went to the Juturu shop near Christian Lane, where we saw the LG fridge which we liked and wanted to buy. The cost quoted there was Rupees 61,000.
However, we wanted to check other shops as well, for better deals. We later went to Juturu 7 roads branch (near Gokul Lodge).
They didn't have a piece on display but said that they had one ready in their godown. Here they offered to sell the same model
for Rupees 57,000. We felt very happy that we got a good deal.
As we already saw the fridge in their other branch, we paid a deposit. In the evening, they called us saying that the fridge is ready for collection.
After close inspection, we realised that it was the same display piece from the other branch. The sales assistant Kareem, kept saying that it was a brand new piece. Fortunately earlier in the day, I had taken a photo of the display piece for my reference. When compared the fridge to the photo, we saw that it was the same exact display piece which he tried to sell lying that it was a brand new fridge. We sent our person to the other branch to check if the display piece was there and it wasn't there.
These scammers had brought the display piece from the other branch, wiped it clean and tried to sell it to us.
I would say the store follows unethical methods and have no basic morale or values. Please do not go to this shop to purchase anything for your homes as they may be secretly selling used items or even damaged goods. Today, I almost fell for this scam and would have brought home a damaged fridge thinking that it was brand new.
For your own benefit, please stay away from this shop and the whole bunch of scammers sitting in the shop.
