★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow internet speed and they are not picking up the call. The behaviour of the staff is very bad. They charged 6000 for the setup which should actually cost around 1000-1500.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive. Initial charges for routers and installation is Rs. 7000 as per communication on the mentioned number and plan starts with 600. No trial service. If I am ready to pay for 1 month and would like to test the service they denied. not recommend at all. Investing such an huge amount with no customer satisfaction is not recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There service is extremely poor. I got WIFI installed 3 days ago but it was activated today and after activation the internet is not working. The receptionist has been saying since 11AM that someone will come, is coming, on the way but no one has arrived till now ie 4PM. It is hardly 10 minutes from the office. When you call for new installation they will arrive ASAP but they say there motto is to serve the existing customers. What a joke! Just like there service , wifi and telecom network in Raxaul.
