Irresponsible persons and they told us to get new router after that no response from them.it shows only no Internet... they started arguing with us that their network is very good. It's just a waste of money.. They told us to return only 1k for balance 2 months. people.
Be aware of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spped is good..but there are few connectivity issues...and not so polite attitude.. doesn't repond well at all...hope they can do something about auto recharge and data usage..unethical reply from them..cant speak properly..poor attitude

Good speed
Cons:
1) customer service is very poor and not reliable. They do not respond well when the connection is down even for hours.
2) they don't have a mechanism for you to check how much data you consumed. You have to message or call them during office hours.
When the internet connection was off for an hour, I kept calling every hour and asked them when the internet would be back, they kept answering the next hour. After 7 hours, I decided to give up and go elsewhere to do my office work. All I asked them was to tell me if internet would be back soon and they kept lying. If they mentioned that it would be a long term outage, I would not have waited for the connection to be back, would have arranged something for my office work.

Very worst speed and service. Too much connectivity issues every week. Worst service staff. Rude behaviour. Very very worst service. You’ll end up frustrated with this network. Go for BSNL the best service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing internet service in Kadapa.. Internet speed is very high with reasonable price and the staff is very polite and will take an quick action if any issues. They are providing excellent service as per customer need. I suggest Netlinks Broadband is the best option to others for a new connection.
