★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diptojyothi is an HP gas agency in Entally. Situated in the heart of the town, the only problem you encounter will be the unavailability of parking space. Except that one thing, their services were exceptionally good. Myself transfered from Kerala, with very feeble knowledge in Hindi was greatly helped by the staff in getting my connection transferred. The guy in office was very cheerful, humble and extremely helpful and he did everything for my connection and send their guy for address verification the very next day itself considering my difficulties. I would definitely recommend them to all and without any hesitation accords them a five star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor and unprofessional customer service. They Delivery guys are biggest crooks. When you book cylinder they will not deliver but you will get messag that cylinder delivered. Actually what these delivery guys do, they give your cylinder to others who don't have connections in black and then when you raise question then they will deliver your cylinder to you. They will charge you without any reason. Very very poor service
