★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited last weekend. 3 Blocks are already complete and 4th block construction is still going on. Quality of construction is good but the Amenities are far from ready as of now. Appropriate space is provided for all the mentioned amenities, but this will take at least 5-months to finish. Area is good, but the cost is very high. Water quality is pathetic.
Most of the positive reviews(all 5 star reviews in just 1 day time) are definitely from the definer marketing team and they have just 1 review posted in Google. Please be careful with what u read.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we came to Bangalore, we were looking for a good house. We visited a lot of properties but were unhappy with either the layouts or for some or the other reasons until we saw Definer Hi Life. Apart from a nice layout, in Hi Life every room has good light, ventilation and privacy. Plus, the cooperative attitude of the staff and the transparency with which Proprietor Ravi dealt with us made our journey with Definer very satisfying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really happy with the stay all facilities are up to mark as provided by the builders. Before booking, I consulted many builders most of them were highly priced for very low facilities. Definer hi-life provided me with all the facilities with the best price and its worth buying. Do not believe in fake reviews by other competitors if you are planning o buy go ahead and buy it without any second thoughts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor maintenance .. leakage in parking lot ... And no one is there to get it resolved .. sent multiple mails since lats one year ..bUt have not recived a single reply .. more over oc is pending since 3 yeras .. one of the block still has commercial electricity connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ locality is improving and expected by August 2022 more shops will open for grocery nearby and roads need to be improved as KR Puram metro to open 2022 End which is 6 KM from here and upcoming Horamavu metro is 6 kms which will be very near as roads are also under construction as more housings societies are been build in this area and in definer still has lot of flats that vacant for sales n next to it is svs springs apartments is present. Also heard government started working on roads construction in this 2022 year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we visited Definer Hi-life, our children were very excited with basketball, cricket pitch, tennis, swimming pool, skating ring and all that. For me it was important that my hard earned money is getting good value in return, the locality is developing very fast and the signs are there that there is good appreciation in the property. The project is in the completion stage and I took the easy decision to book my flat with Definer Hi-Life. We are all very excited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This DeFINER Hi-Life Property really very genuine property Builder varma & CRM Team And Sales representative person Muthoo also very cooperative on there best part of processes & documentation part & etc.. to be onest i am very happy & feeling warm to sharing with you my experience of date of booking to till date was good tremendous experience, Yah offcours as of now not a much sufficient outlets r there but if i am comparing in other side like as Facilities , Amenities & environment silence area in crowded bangalore & fresh air & pool side balkani front view feeling very happy, but expecting soon front Main road development as well as less maintenance charge bcz its too high, Near by IT Parks with in 10 km circle, school in within 6 km circle, good connectivity if you have your own car or bike then no prob, in city with developed area.
