Booking window is at exit point and this is near to main highway.

If you found waiting hall is locked, you may ask key the station master, just site tour tickets and ask them for keys.
As is small. This not as much as wish like other. Only peak hours are bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Small railway station. Once upon a time, there were trains for government & defense employees. Now trains to mumbai and local trains make up most of the traffic. In comparison to the size of the crowd, the railway station is neatly maintained except for the toilets. Has two ticket counters. After 10 pm , only the main booking counter is open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually a clean station. The government needs to set more local trains in pune as there is a gap of almost forty (40) minutes between 2 local trains. The trains which goes to mumbai usually does not stop here, only one train stops that is sahyadri express.
