Delhi Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. (earlier known as AN Construction) has established its identity in industry through sheer performance and experience in last one decade.
Our main motive is to ensure clients satisfaction by providing quality product within a set period of time.
In relatively short span of time Delhi Buildtech had undergone the experience of working in drastically different environments. This had not only given us vast exposure but also helped us to enrich our techniques for working in extreme conditions.
We have worked in various Metropolitan cities like New Delhi (NCR), Mumbai, and Hyderabad, at the same time we have experienced working in dense forest of Madhya Pradesh where we had successfully completed a Resort. Working in a cold climate of Shimla for a Guest House was certainly a new experience. Our success stories are not limited to India as we have also worked in Kathmandu, Nepal.
We have successfully completed various ranges of Civil & Interior works. While civil work includes Residential (Villas, Bungalows, Flats and Apartments), Commercial, Institutional Building and Interior works consists of offices, Residence of high prestige, Restaurants and Resort etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service , 3rd class managing director . The staff is not paid for 4 to 5 months . There's no one to ask about salary. No one recieved salary on time . It is delayed for 6 to 7 months . They don't provide welfare of staff . Last staff people resigned because Delhi buildtech didn't pay them salary for 7 months . The MD of the company doesn't have any knowledge of construction . He only look for partner that will invest in his company then shows the company in loss . Stealing the money of the investors .
