I had a very good buying experience with this Honda Dealer. Mr Manjeet and Mr Jay really helped me throughout the entire process right from the Day 1 we entered the showroom till the Delivery. The best part was that the entire process took only 5 days. We took the test drive on 19th March 2022 and booked the car on the same day. Mr Manjeet Singh explained all possible details about the car to us on that day. For rest of the days, we were in contact with Mr Jay who helped us with Cheques collection from Home, documents and registration. On 23rd March, we were called by the dealer for the delivery.
Keep up the Good work team. I hope to have the same level of customer experience with you in future too :)

It’s very neat & clean.. & their Customer Service is also very top notch .. especially after booking they make their best effort to keep the customer updated on the next steps .. which I found to be very transparent approach.. overall their Sales, Service & Operations Staff is very cordial & Helpful.. I had great experience with Sales Associate Satish.. Extremely professional & helpful individual I’ve seen in automobile sales.. & So is the Branch Head..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic services. My car got damaged, Partial repair was done after so much negotiation and after visiting multiple times, vinod ji make me wait for 4 hours. He is not the person to trust.
Only dent repaired, tail light was not repaired, Frontier voice (Mr. Paul) - The surveryor company is not good, next time please get the insurance done from other surveyor, funny fact is that Frontier Honda chooses surveyor, later they play with People.
When my car was handed over to me then Key was damaged. Earlier they did not agree to repair, after deep request they ask me to drop the car at their place for a day.
In a nutshell, don't buy insurance from this place otherwise your car will not be repaired and whatever small repair work done will be named as favour done to you (Vinod ji mention the repair work done as favor to client, he forgets the insurance fee charged from the client)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a review mostly of their service. I sent an immaculate clean car for the first service. You could have eaten off the seats, it was so clean in the interior. I got this mess back with stains and marks and dust all over the place. The floors weren’t even vacuumed. Wonder what they did in the engine bay but fortunately it wasn’t a major service. This was after I sent the car twice for cleaning. Once after I complained. So you can imagine, they don’t care at all.
