Launched In July 2010 Our Company has 11 stores including four core duty-free stores, one Indian gourmet store and 5 specialty stores with an aggregate retail area of 4,135 square meters, Our stores offer categories such as liquor, tobacco products, toiletries & cosmetics, food & candies, Apparel & Accessories watches and jewelry and other products, including souvenirs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Dutyfree shop located inside the Terminal 3 has some of the best in class items on displays. The place is home of all things fancy and imported items which are rarely found outside the airport.
There are many unique things available inside this Dutyfree store and you have got plenty of options to choose from. The items bought from here are ideal as souvenirs, which range from candies, toys, gifting material etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Duty free shop in the world. Excellent service very polite and helpful staff, well organized and spacious. Many varieties to choose liquor, chocolates, souvenir, gifts, perfumes and much more.
Alcohol here is comparably cheaper than many other international duty free shops. All good brands at biggest discounts and great deals.
Also you can pre-book your order through Delhi duty free app or website and collect the items at the time of boarding.
Overall nice place for duty free shopping. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salesman at cosmetics section of duty free CHEATED .
He gave colors and products other than the chosen ones , since we were getting late to catch our flight , we trusted things to be in place and this salesman to be sincere; but to our dismay he gave us different colors of lipsticks and other cosmetics .Since these salesmen know that the customers are not going to come back soon the take this liberty.

Punched in wrong order and when asked to correct it they reply we cannot do anything if you want you can complain on email ID. The senior management behaves in the same manner. Mr Jyoti is the person we had this incident with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales personnel at the duty free routinely lie about the allowances with false confidence and hound you to buy stuff which is not allowed in the port of entry. Despite repeatedly clarifying how many cartons of cigarettes are allowed in the U.K., the sales personnel lied about the allowance. I was caught off guard at the U.K. customs and had a lot of explaining to do. My stuff was thrown out as well. I lost £134 just because I relied on what they confidently claimed to be true.
