Just had a terrible experience at Delhi international airport. I went to the kiosk to buy body wipes.
Knowing the quality of the producers being great and being from Australia I went to a trusted brand. Being short on INR I bought the wipes which had a quoted price of 350 one on the shelf. When I went to purchase these the lady said 390 INR. I said the price on the shelf said 350. She argued and charged me 390. With a limited budget due to this I was unable to even buy water.
The staff member was rice and disputed this. I went and showed her the price on the shelf, she said no that price is wrong.
I mentioned I'm from AU and i loyal customer, the service I get so far is better there. She said this is India and there is nothing we can do.
Has a terrible experience and would like to to be aware what's happening to your brand internationally.
