Firstly owner forgot to book the cab till the day we reached to Delhi...then the one she did was not in a good condition. Driver was rash driving and broke the car into divider . By god's grace we all were fine but the car got severely damaged. The owner of Delhi cab hire did not pay us the amount we had to spend for driver's recklessness and their irresponsible behaviour.We had a booked cab for 33k but ultimately the cab had cost us around 55k Delhi to Delhi because of her imprudence.We had to book multiple cabs because driver ran away after taking some of the advance payment. They didn't even provide us a cab from Rishikesh to Delhi, we had to book on our own. Plus she didn't provide a taxi number car so that created multiple problems too.So before booking through any of the agents keep these things in mind and do not pay whole money in advance.

It was a better choice so go for it. Even our Driver Rohit ji was an amazing person very polite and very nice in nature a simple person. Plus we got the car which we planned for.
