It was a very comfortable and cost effective ride .
The driver was really professional and maintaining covid 19 protocols .
Overall it was a joyful and safe ride.
I would really suggest everyone to book a cab from goodluck tours when u r in pune .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took their services recently and got a great experience. The cost is a little higher as compared to others but you get a good service in return. I had booked Innova. The deal I got was Rs 2500 for 8 hours/80km. Extra km Rs 13/km and extra time Rs 100/hour. Proper professional driver was provided; he is very well knowledgeable about Road safety.
They have a variety of vehicles so the availability is guaranteed. I would recommend them and will take their services again.
Obviously my next trip will be with Goodluck tours and travels only.

I Had a great hassle free trip. The driver was very professional and punctual. They helped me with the RTPCR report for my travel. I was picked up on time. My driver made sure I reached my destination on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked car for 3day from pune to Mahabaleshwar. I have experienced worst service in my life . They taking money in advance but don't provide the service properly and professionally.
Driver insist to plan my journey on his choice and always guide negative way. And last day they changed the car without intimate me . Hence requested not booked car from here unless you know the route of that location or don't pay in advance .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy Manish does not provide any service. We had paid him 1000rs Advance for my travel. My plan was not sure so we told him to keep the car on hold. We also told him if the car goes non utilised we would pay the whole money. Later when our program was finalized no car was available not he gave us the money back. Rather he started abusing on the call saying come here I'll show u what I can do and all..
Would recommend everyone not to book anything from here.
