★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars are not enough for Mind Works. I have been battling with mental health issues for the past 15 years and been to over 7 mental health professionals in 3 countries. But my DBT sessions with Dr. Dimple Kishnani have made the most profound impact. She has the perfect blend of empathy and tough love, creates a safe space, listens to you without judgements, and is never dismissive. I have always been a very guarded and stubborn patient with the ostrich syndrome, but Dimple helped me with alternate perceptions and worked equally hard in my journey to healing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Dimple at Mindworks Therapy & Counselling has been very effective. She works at my pace and is still realistically positive. She has shared some healthy techniques which has helped me work through my issues at the pace i need to.
She is very attentive and has limitless patience, most importantly she provides you with a safe space for anyone feeling unheard and struggling to express feelings.
Wouldn't be where I am today without her help and support! Highly highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely thankful to Mindwork Counseling center for the probono activity.
*Armeet Singh* my counselor I must say he is the gift of God for me. As a counselor he has all the qualities which make him best. He never gave sympathetic talk to me he listened me, understand the root cause and gave me direction to find solutions all by myself.
He never told me to be victim of my problems on the contrary he helped me to become the fighter.
No matter how much low I feel, how much anxiety I had, how much mental pain, stress I had before session, once session start all that just vanished away from me, I used to get so much relief.
Even I can't believe the remarkable changes in myself in this 7 to 8 months. After all these sessions, I can confidently say that it's not like everything gonna be according to my plan in future. Stress , anxiety, failure will going to come but now I know how to deal with it, I got approach towards life, I got the magical stick for life from the great magician Armeet.
