★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Payal is extremely intelligent and professional. She is very approachable and knows her craft well. I had visited her for CBT which was recommended by an ENT for my Tinnitus episode. She is very patient and listened to my problems intently. She genuinely was interested in easing the ringing and followed up diligently to make sure that it doesn’t affect my normal life (even though their is no proven treatment for tinnitus). She is extremely amicable and put me at comfort from our first session. She made me feel as if I was visiting a friend than a doctor. Even though she is young, her knowledge about her area of expertise is immense which made me trust her and her methods early on. Had recommended her to all my friends and family for any clinical psychologist needs they may have and they too had extremely positive experience with her. Definitely the best doctor in Delhi to go to for any clinical psychologist intervention.
