★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is not upto the mark. They just try to finish the work and don’t pay attention to what customer is saying. They will try to fool you for packages but don’t fall for it. Very bad experience when my car was stuck on the highway. I specially serviced the car for a long trip and they ignored the details. This was my third service so they can't say I have not given enough chance. I would prefer to pay more to another service centre for good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most horrible service centre to get your car problem fixed. Their mechanic & service staff are clueless & don't have any idea to resolve the issue. They just provide fake promises after service & don't care about your problems. Better look for other better options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the time of Service they are very decent. But the work quality was very pathetic. They use only n only local parts and show the bill n said they used only genuine spares. They changed my car's break pad but from day one huge quantity of carbon losses from pads. They said sir ye problem to normal hai ye sabke sath hota hai. But at that time I showed to the executive Gaurav Rana who is very bad in service n behaviour other cars all are well. He starts excuses that isko humne abhi wash kiya hai, isko change kiya hai etc. But they don't have any solutions.
So it's a request that go to road side mechanic he is very good in workability rather then them.
Gaurav Rana pathetic executive I have ever met in any service station.
That black carbon on finger (in pictures) is for whole service station's face for such a bad experience.
Suggestion:- don't go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my Mahindra thar crde for electrical repair for that they hv to remove the dashboard for which they need to take out the steering wheel sorry to say but such a incompetent staff that they don't even know how to disassemble the steering wheel instead they started knocking it with a hammer after a struggle of 1.5 hrs. One of them told the other fellow colleague that we can get the steering out by unskrewing it from the bonnet as well all this wierd expereince lead to a faulty and shakey steering wheel it is getting difficult to control the vehical seriously a pathetic service and service staff totally skrewed my vehical
