★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center. A service center is a misnomer here. Customer is not at the heart of this center here. The employees here don't even understand the meaning of service. In fact, you are welcome here if you want to be schooled. A rotten fish spoils the whole pond. The same goes for Center Manager His Highness Mr. Brij Talwar. Joke of a service but this guy has some serious attitude. The culture at a service center is set from the top. But when you have someone like Mr. Talwar at the top, only mediocrity and 3rd class ethics/service can trickle down to junior most staff. You cannot hope for any accountability here. He says customers cannot ask him any technical questions. He does not feel liable to respond to any of that. Wish we could all have such an easy professional life where no one asks us technical questions that make us uncomfortable. Service Manager misleads on time lines and services that can be availed. So, if you want to take a day off, you are welcome to get your car serviced and spend your holiday in its lounge. Every one is simply try to upsale/cross sale to swindle another couple of thousands out of you. Every employee takes it easy here.. gossiping, carefree, roaming around, talking on phone, acting pricey, taking the higher moral ground and raising their voices at the drop of a hat.. There is no process here. This center needs an audit atleast on a Monthly basis. This center charges 3000 rupees as labour charge for a regular service. Is it worth it? It employs staff such as Mr. Sudhir who will invite you for a shouting match and you cannot win this game as he claims to shout at 4 times of the decibels you can generate. Actually, he is personally coached by Mr. Talwar.They leave your car running unattended for an hour even if Petrol hits 110 rupees per litre and still you cannot complaint. This is a perfect school if you want to develop some serious patience because this center really tests it a lot.

Already taken the 6.5 hrs for service thos is the standard of principal of washing.
Even I insure that car was not damage to any were. Even it's again damage my micro phone.

This is my 5th maruti car mostly I purchased n dealt with competent motors first time i have purchased vehicle from magic auto but honestly saying the service staff at sector 8 service station is exemplorary super pathetic. They have hired customer care staff just to say sorry repeteadly. But they never improvise. Pls be aware before dealing with magic auto
