★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for the car wash and they were so unprofessional that one lady said 500₹ for car wash another guy who was for arranging car wash said 800₹. They are not professional at all and very rude so pls beware before visiting this workshop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you love your car, please don’t visit poonam motors, they took whole more than 3 weeks to repair my car under insurance. Even the rates are super high. They changed many equipment in my car without my idea and charge very high. Even now my car is in same condition.
Agar mujhe kuch kahna ho to sabse pahle main ABUSE se start karunga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very shoddy and untransparent dealings, was there for my XUV 500 servicing. The engine oil used was unbranded and still black. Not sure I'd the the said servicing was done. Over the top charges and doubtful integrity. Please refrain from dealing with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fake rating. Worst place to go for any repair. They took 1 and a half months to give back the car. Made constant excuses. Didn't know how to deal with the insurance people properly. Kept lying about timelines. Damaged the interior and then said you gave the car like this. The repair work was faulty as well. Damaged the paint on one side. NEVER ever go here. Do NOT go here for any work.
