FedEx just hand over packages to third party from Chandigarh...mostly to OnDot courier

Third class guys, back to same unprofessional attitude. For days my packet of medicines were laying with them, they kept reporting that I was not available to pick it, which was wrong. Courier guy never made trips and when I called on phone telling him that some medicines, he assured me delivery next day, but yet did not turn up.
Worst courier with most unprofessional and lethargic scumbags good for nothing.

Seems some incompetent staffs have been kicked out. Now at least in my area they are giving better service. Improvement is noticed in their service. Increasing their star from 2 to 3 now.

Severe attitude problem with some staffs. Totally unprofessional and useless service at Palampur. Have asked people to stop sending item with this courier anymore. Fedex, Indiapost and DTDC are the best ones at Palampur.

He asked me to come take courier on another location which is 4km away from my exact location. And then he denied to come on my location.he said "main to nahi aaunga" baki aap dekh lo. Even they get paid for this. This type of behaviour for customer is not good. They should learn how to talk to customers.
