You can try raising a query or call them on their respective number, but nobody will respond. Even tracking info is not updated on site properly. I had to manually track the shipment by calling the destination, midway or source representatives of DTDC. Better to go for another private services like bluedart and delhivery. At least they will deliver the product on your doorsteps.

B	Benjamin Soans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier in Palampur. They don't deliver and sometimes don't even call. Don't know why they accept packages if they don't deliver. They show the package as delivered and then you're left haggling with the shipper. Next time it happens I'm going to approach consumer court. It's time someone gave them some good medicine. This is not a one time issue but have been observing it for the last 4 years. Have to keep dropping notes to online sellers not to use DTDC when placing orders.
