They will call you, ask your address and said it will not get delivered today and update the status with consignee unavailable. This has happened to me twice in past two months..highly disappointing delivery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service/delivery partner! Do not order from e-comm/retail companies who have Delhivery as partner. They kept a package in a local hub (ShahpurJat, Delhi) within 3 mile of radius for 36 hours, yet noone is out for delivery. I even went to pickup myself but saw that the office is even wrongly geotagged. I will never trust this courier company again!
