I recently bought a Padmini 2000at it worked well for 3 weeks then suddenly one day it fused and started throwing sparks I got It repaired as it was in warranty but after 3 days it's lower plate I saw was broken and the wire from the connection site was also broken I have serious issues with the quality of the product they supply very bad you are cheating on your customers

Writing a review about PVNA aka Padmini VNA Mechatronics Pvt Ltd, makes me feel honest, liberal, enthusiastic & electrified. I currently work here, and I am proud to be part of this PVNA Family. PVNA displays its leadership in Evaporative Emission Control Systems and marking their presence in Solar and personal cooling domain. The Company has a culture of commitment, commitment to make a greener tomorrow, to uplift employee morale, to produce happy customers, to innovate, to give birth to new tech., to continuously improve, to strive to meet the Quality, to achieve 0 PPM, to meet all deliveries at right time at right place. Yes, this is a committed organization. And this Commitment can be seen in each family member leading to a one of its kind cultures. PVNA has a young and enthusiastic staff where avg. age of an employee will be around 30. There are innovative, bold, young leaders and HODs, given full independence and freedom to do things differently. The company have all systems well in place, all major functions are very well structured. The latest implementation of HRIS, has made the communication very professional. It is a company which have over 28 customers covering almost the globe. The selling basket have been diversified strategically to form a good mix between domestic and direct exports. This leads to the exponential growth of company and give chance to its employee to grow with it. The Leadership here is very smart, empowered and visionary. On the other hand, even the roots of the company i.e. operators are empowered to put their views anytime. Also, a monthly meeting is taken with whole group member to discuss the facts and performances of all functions. Operators are also part of this meeting. Life at PVNA is good, Canteen facility is there, where Lunch is offered at reasonable price. Dinner and cab are provided if anyone has to stay back for work. Employees are treated with equality and a huge number of training are being imparted from experienced trainers. There is a bus service. There are events on almost all festivals. Gym, TT, Chess, Badminton, Carom, Jenga are in-house activities along with cricket and other sponsored activities. Although the working duration is quite long over here i.e. 8.30am to 5.45pm but alternate Saturdays are off along with Sundays, I wish we switch to 5 days working module soon. Overall, we have a satisfied life at PVNA which allow us to balance work & Life happily. All basic facilities are available within the campus. Oh, by Campus I recalled, that PVNA plant is one of the cleanest building I have ever visited. It is even neater than the Ambiance Mall or any 5-star building. The infrastructure is not only limited to the civil structure, R&D & Technical Infra of this company is class apart. They have in house validation, 3D print, material test, Millipore, spectro, Xenon Leak, first in India CT SCAN, etc. etc. A huge budget is dedicated to R&D capabilities development. In the end, yes, I would recommend this transparent organization to my relatives or anyone who wants to be a part of growing system, wants to be recognised for their work and wants to contribute to the mission of greener planet.

one of the worst company in gurgaon or faridabad filed complaint by income tax as well there sales person do not have knowledge about product and selling the thing.....good review given by only there employee only. for actually review go to user review. check the photos you can go for best option is denso or nippon company.
