★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a smartphone which was going to be delivered on 30th May 2020, but now till date (1/6/2020) I haven't yet received my product. I tried calling on the support numbers provided but after holding the call for around 30 mins no executives were free to talk. Frustrated, I disconnected the call. Pathetic service provider.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst type of delivery service company i’ve come across where there’s no respect for their customers. Takes weeks to get the package delivered. Customer service is not helpful at all.
I would never recommend this company to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have the option, AVOID DELHIVERY. I've had the worst experience with them. They have zero customer care, and are absolutely horrible at their job as a courier service.
To business owners who plan on using Delhivery to ship, I request you, do not save on a few extra bucks just to provide absolutely horrible customer service, because even if its Delhivery's fault, it reflects on your business too.
The "Packages Delivered Today" counter on their website that increases every second is absolutely deceiving and a big joke, as they took week to delivery my consignment, which was scheduled to arrive in 2 days.
Not only that, but my consignment traveled back and forth from one city to another atleast 3 times. It's been one week and I still haven't received my consignment, and I only hope that it isn't damaged from the numerous times it has been loaded and offloaded.
Now, even after my package has reached my city, and has reached the sorting facility, it has been almost two days and I haven't received it. It makes the entire user experience even worse knowing that it is so close to you, but yet they are sleeping over it.
Their customer support is horrible. I have tried Calling, Tweeting, Emailing and also contacting them through their website support, but have received no response.
Speaking about their parcel tracking on their website - the system is extremely flawed and inaccurate. I suggest using 3rd party websites (such as Aftership etc) to get a more accurate tracking service.
Overall, if I could rate them with a zero, I wouldn't think twice before doing so. The excitement I had for saving up and buying this product has completely gone down the drain because of Delhivery. 0 customer satisfaction. AVOID DELHIVERY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delhivery is a good company, but this Khar branch has one of the most unprofessional people. Complete idiots working at this branch. Avoid using Delivery service in Khar, they are highly unreliable and unapologetic. Would have loved to give them a zero star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't have a customer care number. The parcel went back saying I was not available whereas I was at home to collect it. They don't give the courier person's number also. You cannot collect it yourself in such cases, you have to raise a ticket and wait. No immediate remedy. I'm feeling lost. Never opt for their service
