They are never read or replied to. What is the use if giving such options. These services should be the highlight in such times as the pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service in from Santacruz West Office, Last time i have some Urgent courrier, i had personally visited the courrier office at 10.30 am, neighbour shop owner told me it will open after 12 o clock, Till time and also after that i had Contineously called the Contact number given on website but no one receive my call, i am very much disappointed with this all... Please change your Management in Santacruz west office, otherwise it will be harmful for your all over business.

The stupid delivery person gave the parcel to some wrong person and now we have no idea whom he has delivered to the parcel.called the Santacruz office number no one is picking up the call. This is the worst courier service i have come across

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shameless behaviour and pathetic service.. person on counter harikrishna joshi, who is so called owner of franchise, is not caring about customers.. if owner of franchise is shameless, what can u expect from the staff.. there delivery service is not good.. pathetic behaviour by their staff as well.. this franchise doesnt deserve a single star as well.. does not recommend at all to use this courier service..
