★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place to courier anything . The owner of the shop Mr Dinesh expects the customer to come to collect the parcel when he is supposed to deliver it . I have had many bad experiences with this person and also have complained to the DTDC Head office about his poor customer service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. The phone number is wrong. The delivery boy never picks up the phone nor calls if he finds issue with the address. Status updated on their website while we track is also incorrect and false.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unprofessional treatment, u can expect here. Mr. Dinesh is still the same. Lame as a duck and insists that customer visit the center to collect parcel. Doesnt stand by his own words. I dont know why DTDC is risking their business in hands of such poor servicd providers.

very bad agents taking extra amount and not proper receipt giving.
