They didn't even response to the complaint nor take any responsibility. Never book any consignment from DTDC, unless you want to loose your goods.

Person on the counter has attitude.
They delayed my parcel by a week, after questioning them he told me that they will return my parcel.
No apologies at all.
They should not take responsibilities if they cannot deliver in time, 7 days delay is just not acceptable.

Over and above the branch in charege Satish Gupta is such a cheap no manner person who doesn't know how to speak with customer. Instead of giving apology he is counter arguing that no one can deliver in 2 days for pincode given.
Liars.
Dont keep their promises and asking to complain to dtdc customercare which does not answer to calls.
Worst courier.... Worst service...Worst person!!

I booked my parcel to Ahmedabad yesterday and it reached today. In just one day. And they give compulsorily insurance to the product according to its price. So no chance of any lost or product misplacement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unnecessarily expensive. The person quoted Rs.850 for a 1.8kg parcel(with carton) & Rs.700 for the same 1.8kg parcel(without carton).
There are better services in other companies which are reasonable, affordable, reliable.
