★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service ever ...I was the consignee for this transaction. Courier promised the consignor that he will deliver same day to me, so consignor handed over the parcel to courier. I followed up with them and they said that they won't deliver same day but next day ...so I asked the courier guy why he told the consignor they will deliver same day ...they said they don't even have the address of delivery! Which is ridiculous because consignor had already given them the exact address for estimating delivery charges. Now I have to go to the consignor and collect , because courier is not assuring next day early delivery also ...Pathetic service and management. Can't stick to your words , who will rely on you ?
