I sent a courier from India to Germany. I dropped my parcel and Richard & Anand both told us they will b sending the courier on the same day but Richard sent it from Mumbai after keeping parcel for 4 days in their office. They charged twice the amount saying the rates are High because of Covid. They didn't inform about the customs clearance process. They made fake invoice & now my 28kgs of courier is in Leipzig (Germany).I tried on calling Courier force but they blocked my number. When I went to the office to ask about clearance event process ANAND SAID "AYE CHAL NIKAL" after paying 40k this is how they react to costumers. It's been a month still Richard & ananad both aren't responding us. Beware guys. PLEASE DON'T SEND ANYTHING FROM FALCON COURIER. THEY'RE FRAUD. ALSO, THE 5 STAR RATING & GOOD COMMENTS ABOUT THIS SERVICE IS GIVEN MY RICHARD & ANAND HIMSELF.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience. They lied that the parcel has been sent and will reach the destination the very next day. But the parcel had not been sent. Also, they are rude to their customers even after they being wrong and even after having paid full money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. I had talk with agent Mr. Richard Dsouza. We were told by him that parcel will handover same night. My husband handover parcel Monday morning by 10 am.all the from vasai by private vehicle. Full payment was done on Monday morning on 8th March. Next day their reply on my call was parcel already handovered to DHL.but it was handovered to DHL at Wednesday night. Mr.Richard answered me that check ur eyes when I was upset while talking his agent on phone.But Mr. Richard I'm telling you. You need to check not only ur eyes but ur soul, ur mind, ur heart. Number one lier . Still my son is waiting for his parcel. From Monday 8th of March to till date.which he had to get within four days.
