I have not received even one phone call but on their website they are showing that the delivery boy returned because I did not pick my phone call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service these people are making everyone fool, one person known as Aditya and Rudra said I can collect the parcel in 15 mins from their office and later on refused to give the same. Made me travel 6 kms and later on said I never spoke with you. Pathetic service

Usually when we face any issue company expect us to inform them and most of the time they solved the problem.
Here in Delhivery when I mailed them 6 time for 1 order. Automatic reply come that we're sorry for your inconvenience will sort this up. And they never sort this us.
I'm 100% sure that in next 5 years if they still continue working like this this company will face big buisness issues.
Pathetic management and definitely not serious about what they untitled to provide to customer.
I request @decathlon team to please do not tie-up with such cheap courier service. Customer will pay more instead of facing this issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service ever. No costumer care number works nor you'll find one on internet. Packages sit at the delivery hubs 3-4 days if you're lucky. If it's bad luck then forget about the delivery you'll have to pickup the package from the hub your self. Just pay ₹50 extra and choose any other courier service. Any other that I've used so far has provided great service as well as timely delivery. But this one, nor the customer service is proper neither they deliver the packages on time.
