★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The day my parcel was supposed to be delivered, the trackon centre typed the wrong phone number inspite of it being printed on the parcel by the sender.
I tried calling multiple centres but none of the phone numbers worked or were switched off for 3-4 days.
Finally had to make calls to 2 the sender's city and a transit one to have it delivered to me before it was shipped back.
Terrible service. Won't use it again.

They don't even bother to inform us that they have received our parcel.. then they don't even attempt to deliver it but you get a text message that your parcel is out for delivery. The delivery never comes to you though.
They don't also bother picking up the calls.
How can these people be in Service Industry??? They don't even understand the S of word Service !
I had to go there myself to get my parcel.

It must be called Trackon Pickup as they do not deliver your parcel, you have to pick it from their store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patehetic services my courier was sent on 10th dec and till 17th not deliveredwhen called on helpline thry said pay 2 rs for urgent delivery else will have to wait more as we dont hv staff.
They should close their services
