β β β β β Extremely poor service. Document in my name took 15 days to be delivered. It was lying at their centre for 14 days. No one answered my calls and when I visited their place they could not trace the courier as there is no computer available. Looked more like village post office rather than a modern day courier centre. Even complaint registered in their website went unanswered

Arrogant staff. Nobody pickup phone. My parcel was in this place since 6 days with "most urgent label". Staff said that label means to not deliver immediately. Entire staff is idiots

β β β β β Extremely the worst experience ever . Even speed post is way far better than the professional couriers! Don't know they have any sense of customer sense , the sense of loyalty & sence of service ! Don't know do they even know their responsibility. It's been around 8 days I haven't received the consignment. Do u have free services? Then how come can you be so irresponsible!

Out for delivery packet on 1pm 0n 1.4.22 from tidke colony delivered on 4th.A pod package delivered to the watch man when they were supposed to have taken my signature. Horrible experience. This is second bad experience with them in 3 weeks

β β β β β The most arrogant staff ever - Ms. Asha has no sense how to speak to customer. "I will finish this and then attend to you". "I am having lunch, call later." She has no common sense as to how to speak to clients.
The owner - Mr. Chako will harass you for advance payment even at 10pm but when it comes to attending clients call - he will not answer calls for 10-12 days or even respond to messages.
Better options like Tirupati Courier / ST Express in the vicinity. Please opt their services instead of Professional Couriers
