★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience. They Destroyed my MEDICINE Parcel. So they don't even picked up my calls, Then the Seller sent me another parcel But this time again it got stuck somewhere. I tried Several times to contact my nearest branch as well but they people are not even ready to pick the call. I have spoke with Customer Executive. She told me that "Delivery agent mentioned that Customer denied to receive parcel and he will pick up from Branch". Didn't received a single call from any Delivery guy, even I was calling them. I am receiving OTP and Delivery msgs but No one has called me. I still I didn't found my Parcel. It's been more then 20 Days today, I really don't know why they are not attending my calls. I am totally Disappointed with their service and i am frustrated now.
