★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center in India. My orifuygig not even delivered till now & it showing more 5days but it won't get I took nearly 20days delhivery is worst service I have seen no proper customer service waste delivery centre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It should definetly change its name from delhivery to either "Delay-very" or "Daily-worry", because they say they misroute your shipment then by themselves upload "asked for delay in shipment" on tracing system; their tracking system is of oldest technology their can be and their every process is 24 hr long (can be seen on tracking system) from requesting to manifestation to bagging to origin city 1 to origin city ( I dont know "infinte") to misrouted shipment not once also they say 24 hr delivery, when you talk to customer care as they definetly don't have a watch. Worst delivery service ever. Better to deliver yourself then ask them to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is really bad. Delivery agent don’t deliver product, And customer service do not allow you to connect to delivery agent directly .No way to contact delivery agent, No way to short out simple issue

I have ordered mobile phone from Samsung Website and they have send mobile phone through this courier service. But they have not delivered till yet....
Even on one is picking up the calls on Customer Care number they have mentioned on website and tracking number is not updated on website....
Trust on this courier service at your own risk....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one tried to call me or tried to deliver my product still at the end of the day i get a message stating that as i wasn't available at my address the delivery can't be completed.
The number of delivery agent i got in message, after several calls he wasn't answering my calls and even he blocked my number what a pathetic service.
Like what you don't try to do anything and then you blame your customer that he wasn't available at address.
Wanted to rate 0 for service and customer support.
