★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow work, never updates and deliver on time, my order was there for 5 days before they decided to deliver, then it took them another 2-3 days to deliver as they are like, we were not able to contact you, how is it possible if the same delivery boy delivers everytime. They are not working properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with Flipkart and Flipkart GURUGRAM WAREHOUSE. I have called customer care multiple times they are not people they are scripted robots. Every time same excuses. My product is stuck in the warehouse. I have no update related to my product and they taking 12 or more days to deliver from GURUGRAM WAREHOUE to DELHI. Pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service by ekart, my parcel dispatched 15 Oct 2020, and from 16 oct it is still in Gurgaon Hub. What rubbish is this? Delhi is not so far from Gurgaon and ekart keeping my product since 15 days. No helpline number no communication nobody cares abt ur parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I orderd something on flipkart. They sent it through ekart. Sorry they are sending. I orderd on 16 oct and it's 4 November. There was 25oct promised date, then it was 1 November.. Now there's no promise date at all.. And I'm waiting since. You'll know it's time for online classes. And thus i orderd a laptop. And I've missed 1 month of classes due to their carelessness. And I don't know how much more. It's in this warehouse for last 7 days. That's why I'm writing here. If you're reading please say bye bye to it. And let it reach to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experince ever, my prepaid product reached from bengaluru to delhi in just 1 day and it is struck here form last 5 day. I have called customer care 5 times there are not people the are scripted robots. Everytime same excuses. When i thought that i should check about this centre then i came to know it is the worst centre about which people are facing the same issue. I dont even know that did anyone got their product from this hub?

This is the pathetic service from your side and because of i am waiting from 11th of Sep'20. and i got a call from your side to my client that your product cant be delivered you can cancel that product or otherwise we will cancel this is your service i didn't expect this kind of service it is so bad experience for me. And now what I am getting from your side: the product is delivered till 19th Sep'20. These kinds of services are providing pathetic.
