After calling them you will be put on hold for 15 minutes and some guy will pick your call at 14:50 and your call will be disconnected automatically at 15:09 and they don't even bother to call back. Wish I could give stars in negative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivery agents never call and update fale remarks. Further the company does not provide any details of the agent to contact him. Just that they could not connect with you (which is fake)and delivery will be reattempted. Perfect mix of pathetic service and deceit.
