★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional service. The courier was in this office for 5 days before they decided to send it to me. When I asked the delivery person that why was it delayed, his response was there were no boys and then rudely said call where you sent it from. I tried calling Delhi main office and Lado Sarai customer care and no one picked up or responded. If you can't manage a delivery company, please don't let the customers suffer because of that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad behavior and unprofessional behavior. Why you gave the name professional of your courier if you can't hire professional persons. Courier already reached in Lado Sarai branch but delivery guy denied for delivery. I request him to deliver the parcel then he put the landline phone on desk without disconnect. Now i am unable to call for further request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional courier company is a very very cheap level company. All delvery person keep all product self side 15 to 20 days. May be those person fraud. That's why not deliver to customer. And this courier company take those employees who are fraud and that is their business strategy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I (Reciever) was expecting my documents from kerela to delhi (domestic) it was in transit for 1 month. They never called me as per courier guy nobody was at home (A BIG LIE) and returned my documents to kerela.
When I called customer service they did not helped me at all they I told them to deliver the package, they said its already returned the sender have to arrange it.
My sender then arranged it again by DTDC I recieved my documents withing 4 days.
The professional couriers should change their name to unprofessional couriers.
Never use them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT chose their service as they not at all professional. They should change their name to UNPROFESSIONAL couriers. They did not deliver my product and lied about contacting me and other unreasonable excuses. After a week, I visited their shop and collect the parcel on my own. Hope they work on it and provide a better service in future.
