People are not getting their orders on time. My package was with the ofdice for more than 10 days and I never received any call. I have to go and collect the package, that too they were denying earlier.
Not sure how long these companies can sustain without satisfying customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the most terrible courier service india has . the fake deliveries are crazy and I really cannot stand the mishandling of parcels .: I have gone to their office to pick up parcels meant for home delivery like a thousand times . today I went there because I don’t want my order to be returned or cancelled and boom , they moved with no contact number or new address left behind .. Dtdc is so much better and I apologise for everytime I ever called them “slow “ because you (dhelivery ) take the cake for the slowness competition ??♀️.

So irresponsible staff, doesn't care about people.
my order is delayed for 3days and they didn't even contact me. When i arranged number of supervisor he didn't even picked up single call and delayed the order by statements as customer is unavailable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delhivery used to be a good courier service but now it has become pathetic why dont you guys mention the customer care number cause its really difficult to keep a track. my order has not been delivered since two days what kind of lazy people you guy are at least do your job properly and on time. please deliver the order ASAP.
