★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to repair my Monitor. The warranty was expired they refused to check what the problem was. I wanted to get it fixed at the earliest so I can work smoothly from home. But looks like once warranty expires they do not support the product. Do not buy Dell Monitors. It feels like once warranty expires they do not have any ownership of the product it's customers headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate lesser than 1 if I could. Waste of money in buying this laptop. Not helpful service center.
Bought a new laptop about 8 months ago but have never been able to use it as it is super slow. By super slow I mean it takes 20 minutes to wake up. Another 20 mins to open a browser.
Took it to this service center as it was under warranty but was told the configuration of the laptop itself is like that. You need to buy an SSD. Or we will reinstall OS as there is a back up OS from factory of around 15gb slowing down your system. For both of which you'll have to pay.
I wonder why sell this useless product in first place and then ask money to make it usable.
Terrible service. Without even checking I was asked to pay for servicing a laptop which is less than a year old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely dismal, slow and lax service. I submitted an out-of-warranty 2016 Alienware laptop and paid the diagnosis fee of 1,397.90/-. Post which, no proactive follow ups from their end. I had to call every second day for updates. Eventually they told me the motherboard was dead and that they'll send me a quotation for procuring the new part. A month later they couldn't give me a quote or a timeline for a new motherboard so I decided to take the laptop back. After bringing it back, it was dirtier than I had given it, the keyboard deck wasn't fitted properly, the SD card slot had heavy dents on it, most of my internal screws were missing, CPU and GPU brackets weren't fitted properly, and screen was missing two hinge screws.
To summarize - I spent money, to actually get robbed of parts from an authorized Dell service center.
Trash experience.

My laptop serviced here and upgraded to latest version of os .also installed other basic software required.
Price charged is not high but not low.
