seen..for 3 sharing they are telling 10500 rent and advance 10k, all should be paid in one shot... They will be keep on changing the rent price.... and there is no parking slot..its not even fit for 1 star rating...

Talk about prime location - Between Indranagar and Kormangala, Park opposite to the building, next to Loveshack and Paul's, walkable distance from EGL and Madurai Idly - It's a Spinster's Haven!
The food is great made by the PG Caretaker who makes great North and South indian dishes.
Walk out of the door and you have "The Velu's" that will take care of your Chai needs.
The gate is locked after 10 pm but all guests have individual sets of keys for the gate and main door so you wouldn't have to call the caretaker at night.
Also, the locality is posh and super clean, no power cuts and even if there are any, power is usually back in half an hour - maximum.
