β β β β β Worst service experience so far, gave my laptop for fixing fan, after receiving it back my harddisk stopped working and they said they canβt do anything as it is hardware and can get damaged any time. On multiple talks they said they will change the hardisk and when replaced they gave 150gb in replacement of my 1TB harddisk and asked that i have to pay 500 extra if i need my hardisk too. They donβt even have any idea about what the issue is about and try to force customer to get hardware component replaced to make money. Donβt recommend it for getting laptop repaired.
